Building Connected and Effective Volunteer Groups
This session will be facilitated by Befriend, an organisation on a mission; to nurture connected, thriving communities where everyone is valued and everyone can belong.
Befriends aim is to foster meaningful relationships within a team or group, enabling them to leverage their collective strength, enhance understanding, and strengthen connections.
In this session you will learn:
- How to develop strong relationships with volunteers
- How to create safe spaces for volunteers and support through the power of deep listening
- How to foster and develop meaningful relationships
- How to support volunteers to strengthen connections with internal and external stakeholders
- Improve the Volunteer Manager and Volunteer understanding of connection in a group environment
