This is a skills-based corporate volunteering opportunity with Vic Park Community Centre.
Help the Vic Park Community Centre team
Vic Park Community Centre is a vibrant community hub that delivers a diverse range of programs, services and venue hire opportunities for residents and organisations. Committed to strengthening community connection, participation and wellbeing, the Centre is continually looking for ways to maximise its impact while making the most effective use of its resources.
Vic Park Community Centre is seeking an experienced professional with expertise in data management, social impact evaluation, business process improvement, systems integration or automation to review and optimise the centre’s current data collection and reporting practices. The Centre currently gathers both quantitative and qualitative data from participants and hirers across multiple platforms and processes, creating significant manual handling and reporting workloads. This project will help identify opportunities to streamline systems, improve data quality and reduce the administrative efforts on staff.
This project will provide significant value to Vic Park Community Centre by creating a more efficient and effective approach to data management and reporting. Improved systems and processes will reduce the time staff spend on manual data handling, increase the Centre’s ability to support the community and free up valuable staff capacity to focus on service delivery and community engagement.
